REFUND POLICY

The products in this shop are created just for you at the time of placing an order. Therefore, like a custom order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error. In that case, you will have 30 days from delivery to request a replacement or refund.

How to request a replacement or refund After delivery, you will receive an email asking you to rate your delivery experience. When you click on the Rate Your Experience button, you will see the details for your order and tracking information. On this page, click Report a problem and follow the instructions on the form. You will need to select the problem with the item from the drop-down menu and provide a photo of the product showing the problem. You can request either a reprint/replacement or refund. You will receive an email notifying you whether your request has been accepted and next steps to receive the reprint or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
